1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Miraiyug products, consultation services, or digital assets you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you represent an organization you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to this agreement.
2. Services & Deliverables
Project scopes are defined in statements of work or invoices. Miraiyug may adjust timelines when dependencies, approvals, or third-party integrations change beyond our control.
3. Intellectual Property
Custom code, firmware, robotics configurations, and documentation developed for you belong to your organization upon full payment, while Miraiyug retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Miraiyug infrastructure, perform unauthorized access, or use deliverables for unlawful activities. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential, use it only for the project, and safeguard it with reasonable security practices.
6. Payment & Taxes
Invoices are due according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur financing charges. All taxes, duties, or withholding are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Return Policy
Eligibility
Physical components or hardware can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-built hardware, software licenses, downloadable assets, or services consumed (consulting hours, integrations) are not eligible for return.
Process
Submit a return request to team@miraiyug.com with order details and photos. We will review within 3 business days and share pickup instructions where applicable.
Refunds & Credits
Approved returns receive refunds to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. For enterprise contracts we may issue service credits instead of refunds.
