Refund & Cancellation

1. Refund Window

Software subscriptions and service retainers can be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund when no deliverables have been shared. Hardware orders may be eligible if the item has not shipped.

2. Cancellation of Projects

For milestone-based engagements, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Completed milestones and associated costs remain billable, while unused deposits can be applied to future work or partially refunded.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days. International transactions may experience additional banking delays.

4. How to Request

Email team@miraiyug.com with your order ID, purchase date, and reason. Our support team will acknowledge within 2 business days and guide you through the process.

Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch Timelines

Standard prototypes ship within 5–7 business days. Custom builds or enterprise kits may require 2–4 weeks depending on component availability.

Tracking & Insurance

Miraiyug provides tracking IDs upon dispatch. High-value shipments are insured and require signature on delivery.

International Shipping

Custom duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We can assist with documentation upon request.

Damaged Packages

If an item arrives damaged, document the packaging, refuse delivery if possible, and notify team@miraiyug.com within 48 hours so we can initiate a replacement claim.
